Terms and Conditions of Use

Caimpare.ai provides a digital platform that enables users to:

• Discover AI tools based on user-defined goals;
• Compare AI tools based on features, pricing, and other criteria;
• Submit and promote AI tools, either freely or through paid promotional services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Use of the Platform is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Users may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users may submit AI tools for inclusion in the Platform directory. By submitting a tool, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to submit and promote the tool;
• The information provided is accurate and not misleading;
• The tool does not infringe any third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

We reserve the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

Paid promotional services are subject to additional terms and may be governed by a separate agreement.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, is the property of Caimpare.ai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• The information provided is accurate, complete, or up to date;
• Any third-party tools listed will meet your expectations or perform as described.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for any violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and we may delete any associated data or content.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Caimpare.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
